Pecorino (il vino)

He is one of the many "cousins" ascribed to the Trebbiani family. It was part of the ampelographic magma (mixed vines with various vines, close relatives and not, coexisting in the same plot) that has characterized for a long time the peasant viticulture of the "belly" of Italy and has put home in particular at the turn of Tronto. In Abruzzo, its characteristics of medium acidity but good structure, fruity aromas, oriented between ripe apple and banana, and interesting spicy nuances have made it one of the most interesting recoveries of recent times. Grafted in dedicated vineyards and followed with care even in the risen wine areas in the Tirino area, it has quickly earned a place in the sun. And today it is one of the most followed innovations in the regional wine scene.
